• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's responsibility
• Using another person's account is strictly prohibited
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your permission, contact C44 Support immediately

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and bet on c44. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use c44:

• Users who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• C44 employees and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Users who have previously been banned from C44

The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

1. Withdrawals are only permitted from verified accounts
2. Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded

• If match-fixing or foul play is detected, all related bets will be voided
• C44 is not liable for issues caused by internet latency during live betting

C44 is committed to ensuring fair betting at all times. If any irregular betting pattern is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending review.

C44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts

Members may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned, subject to wagering requirements being met.

• Bets not completed due to loss of internet connection

• Unforeseen technical errors or server downtime
